4. Stress Reduction Techniques

Research indicates that stress is a major contributor to many physical and mental problems. Everyone has some level of stress in his or her lives, but each of us handles it differently. While a few have creative approaches to stress and don’t seem bothered by it, most of us are affected in negative ways by excessive amounts.
