Referral Points Terms and Conditions (RPTOSC)

1. Definition

Referral Points (RP) are points you may be entitled to earn from purchase made at the eAA.com store by referrals directly trackable to you as an Affiliate.

2. Eligibility

You must be an Affiliate of eAA.com in good standing and over 18 years old before you can are entitled to earn any RP. Participation in the Referral Points Program is strictly voluntary.

During your membership registration process, you will be asked if you wish to join this program.

You must click "yes" to answer this question before you can enroll in the program. By clicking yes, you are agreeing to be bound by this RPTOSC.

Only net purchases for personal consumption made at the eAA.com consumer store by the Affiliate’s referral is eligible to receive RP. Other purchase including but not limited to group purchases, wholesale purchases, and corporate purchases are not eligible.

Net purchase is defined as gross receipts less discount, credit for purchase or referral points redeemed, shipping, taxes, handling fee and other administration or special charges or cost.

Not all products within the eAA.com store are eligible for RP. Generally, no RP can be earned on discounted products. Not all products have the same RP value assigned. Conversion ratio of RP into cash varies from product to product as well as time of the year.

RP may be rounded up or down as eAA.com see fit to facilitate ease of administration.

RP may not be available throughout the year. There may be periods where RP are not available to be earned or redeemed. Affiliates are advised to check the Affiliates Section frequently for any schedule change or amendments.

3. Assignability

RP are specific for each member and that member only. RP are not transferable, assignable, licensable, devisable, purchased, barterable, inheritable, loaned, sold, purchased or gifted in any way, shape or form to anyone.

No accounting statements will be send to you. You can find out the amount of RP you have by visiting the Affiliate Section of eAA.com. We try to keep information up to date but no warranty is made the account is current.

RP are earned after the purchase by your referral is made and completed and products shipped and accepted. RP are posted into your account on a affiliate account on a periodic basis. RP earned for current net purchases made by customers you referred will be posted in your Affiliate account and this RP can be redeemed for products at eAA.com store for products in accordance with the redemption conversion schedule published from time to time at eAA.com provided that you follow the terms, policies and procedures governing this on eAA.com store during checkout. RP can also redeemed for cash in accordance to the RP cash conversion schedule published from time to time at eAA.com. provided that you follow the terms, policies and procedure instructions governing such redemption.

RP in your account will be deducted for products returned to eAA.com for credit.

Subject to Housekeeping Periods as specified below, RP expires 12 months after issued. You have 12 months from the time RP is issued to redemption in the eAA.com store or request cash redemption by converting the RP into cash in accordance to the latest cash conversion schedule. Any RP not redeemed for products or cash within 12 months is considered abandoned and will be forfeited automatically. All forfeitures are absolute and final. No claim for reinstatement or reconsideration will be accepted. From time to time, eAA.com shall conduct Housekeeping Periods and during these periods, eAA.com have the right to clear all outstanding and un-redeemed RP from all members if RP are un-redeemed at the end of such Housekeeping Periods. Such period generally ranges from 3-6 months. Please visit the Member section of eAA.com frequently for schedule of such events. During such event, all RP will have to be redeemed or forfeited. Deletions and forfeitures will occur on schedule without further notice. In the event that eAA does not, for any reason, accomplish the deletion or forfeiture on schedule, such does not act as a waiver of this term.

If you choose to apply RP towards purchase of products at eAA.com store, you may not withdraw such redemption once executed at the check out counter of the store.

You should notify eAA Inc. immediately of any errors or questions about RP. eAA Inc. will correct any errors reported by you in writing to eAA Inc. within 60 days after the RP is posted into your account by eAA Inc. Such posting of RP into your account generally occurs after a purchase by customer referred by you has been completed. Please note that it is your responsibility to check your account frequently for posting of such RP. eAA Inc. will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or problems not reported by you within the above mentioned 60 days notification period.

So long as you are in full compliance with all Members Terms and Conditions (TOSC) and the RPTC, you are eligible to earn RP if and when the program is available and active. Following an Affiliate’s resignation, cancellation, voluntary or involuntary, or death, the former Affiliate shall have no right, title, claim or interest to RP. The former Affiliate shall have no claim for compensation in any way or shape stemming from sales generated within or by eAA Inc.

If your affiliation is terminated by eAA Inc. for whatever reason including but not limited to your violation of TOSC or RPTC, your participation in Referral Points Program automatically ceases concurrently with the date of membership termination. Furthermore, all earned RP or un-redeemed RP are automatically forfeited as of the date of termination.

RP may be redeemed for products in the eAA.com store or in the form of cash equivalent and paid in the form of a negotiable instrument such as a check in accordance to the Affiliate Policy and Procedure Agreement (APPA) subject to the discretion of eAA Inc.
