What are Referral Points?

Referral Points are points you may be entitled to earn from purchases made at the eAntiAging Store by referrals directly traceable to you as an Affiliate.

To be eligible, you must be an Affiliate of eAntiAging.com in good standing, over 18 years of age, and agree to the Referral Points Terms and Conditions.

What kind of purchases made by my referrals will enable me to earn Referral Points?

Only net purchases for personal consumption made at the eAntiAging Store by your referrals are eligible for Referral Points. Other purchase including but not limited to group purchases, wholesale purchases, and corporate purchases are not eligible. Net purchase is defined as gross receipts less discount, credit for Purchase or Referral Points redeemed, shipping, taxes, handling fee and other administration or special charges or cost.

What products are eligible for Referral Points?

Not all products within the eAntiAging.com store are eligible for Referral Points. Generally, no Referral Points can be earned on discounted products. Not all products have the same Referral Points value assigned. The conversion ratio of Referral Points to cash may vary from product to product as well as time of the year.

Referral Points may not be available throughout the year. There may be periods where Referral Points are not available to be earned or redeemed. Affiliates are advised to check the Affiliates Section frequently for any schedule change or amendments. Are Referral Points transferable?

Referral Points are specific for each Member and that Member only (Member being defined as having a unique CID, PIN, or other identification number). Referral Points are not transferable, assignable, licensable, devisable, inheritable, and cannot be purchased, loaned, sold, or gifted in any way, shape or form to anyone.

How do I know how many Referral Points I have?

Visit the help section, Affiliate Area, or our home page after logging in to find out the number of Points you have.

When exactly are Referral Points earned?

Referral Points are earned after the purchase by your referral is made and completed and products shipped and accepted.

How do I redeem my Referral Points?

Referral Points can be redeemed for credit towards your purchases made at the eAntiAging Store. Simply specify the number of Referral Points you like to credit towards your purchase at checkout and click the UPDATE button to recalculate the amount of your purchase after applying the referral points you wish to apply.

Is there an expiration date to Referral Points earned?

Subject to Housekeeping Periods, Referral Points expire 12 months after issued.

What are housekeeping Periods?

From time to time, Housekeeping Periods are conducted and during these periods, eAntiAging Inc has the right to clear all outstanding and un-redeemed Referral Points from all members if Referral Points are un-redeemed at the end of such Housekeeping Periods. These periods generally range from 3-6 months. Please visit the Member's Area frequently for schedule of such events.

What do I do if I detected errors or questions on Purchase Points?

You should notify CustomerService@eAntiAging.com immediately of any errors or questions. eAntiAging Inc will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or problems not reported by you within 60 days after the error is detected.

If your membership or affiliation is terminated by us for whatever reason including but not limited to your violation of the Members Terms of Service or Purchase Points Terms and Conditions, your participation in Referral Points Program automatically ceases concurrently with the date of membership termination. Furthermore, all earned Purchase Points or un-redeemed Purchase Points are automatically forfeited as of the date of termination.

Referral Points may be redeemed for products at the eAntiAging Store, or in the form of cash equivalent and paid in the form of a negotiable instrument such as a check in accordance to the Affiliate Policy and Procedure Agreement (APPA).

Is there a minimum purchase before I can earn Referral Points?

No, there is no minimum purchase amount that your referral must make before you earn Referral Points. Essentially, you will earn Referral Points on all qualified purchases by your referrals.

One Referral Point is worth one cent ($0.01) applicable towards the listed retail value at the eAntiAging Store only or one cent ($0.01) in cash value. For example, one hundred Referral Points (100) is equal to one dollar ($1.00). If you are making a purchase of fifty dollars ($50.00) and you have one thousand points (1,000 points, which is equivalent to $10.00), then your product would cost only $40.00.

Not all products within the eAntiAging.com Store are eligible. Furthermore, not all products have the same value assigned. The conversion ratio of Referral Points to products may vary from time to time.

Generally, no Referral Points can be earned on discounted products.

No, you may not use your Referral Points retroactively.

Purchase Points are Points all Members earn by making purchase above a certain volume at our store. Purchase Points are not redeemable for cash, but may be used to apply towards your next purchase at the eAntiAging Store.

Referral Points are Points that Affiliates earn when their referrals make purchases at the eAntiAging Store. Referral Points are redeemable for goods at the eAntiAging Store. In addition, Referral Points have cash value which are redeemable for cash instrument once you become and Affiliate of eAntiAging.com.
