Frequent Purchase Points Terms and Conditions (FPPTC)

1. Definition

Frequent Purchase Points (FPP) are points you may be entitled to earn from purchases your referral makes at the eAntiAging.com Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be a member of eAntiAging.com in good standing and over 18 years old before you can are entitled to earn any FPP. Your enrollment in the Frequent Purchase Points Program is strictly voluntary. During your membership registration process, you will be asked if you wish to join this program.

You must click "yes" to answer this question before you can enroll in the program. By clicking yes, you are agreeing to be bound by this FPPTC.

Only net purchases made at the eAntiAging.com consumer store and purchases made for individual member’s personal consumption is eligible to receive FPP. Group purchases and corporate purchases are not eligible.

Net purchase is defined as gross receipts less discount, credit for points redeemed, shipping, taxes, handling fee and other administration or special charges or cost.

Not all products within the eAntiAging.com store are eligible for FPP. Not all products have the same FPP assigned. The conversion ratio of FPP to products also varies as determined by eAntiAging.com. Generally, no FPP can be earned on discounted products.

FPP may be rounded up or down as eAntiAging.com sees fit to facilitate ease of administration.

FPP may not be available throughout the year. There may be periods where FPP are not available to be earned or redeemed. Members are advised to check the Members Section frequently for any schedule change or amendments.

3. Assignability

FPP are specific for each member and that member only. FPP are not transferable, assignable, licensable, willable (i.e, devisable by will or trust), purchased, subject to barter, inheritable, loaned, sold, purchased or gifted in any way, shape or form to anyone.

4. Accounting

No accounting statements will be sent to you. You can find out the amount of FPP you have by visiting the Members Section of eAntiAging.com.  We try to keep information up to date but no warranty is made that the information is current.

FPP are earned after the purchase is completed and products shipped and accepted. FPP is posted into your account on a periodic basis. FPP earned for current net purchases can be redeemed during your NEXT purchase provided that you follow instructions on eAntiAging.com during checkout. FPP not used during the checkout time cannot be used subsequently for the same transaction. FPP cannot be applied retro-actively.

FPP in your account will be deducted for products returned to eAntiAging.com for credit.

Subject to Housekeeping Periods as specified below, FPP expire 12 months after issued. The member has 12 months from the time FPP is issued to redemption in the eAntiAging.com store. Any FPP not redeemed within 12 months is considered abandoned and will be forfeited automatically. All forfeitures are absolute and final. No claim for reinstatement or reconsideration will be accepted.

From time to time, eAntiAging.com shall conduct Housekeeping Periods and during these periods, eAntiAging.com has the right to clear all outstanding and un-redeemed FPP from all members if FPP are un-redeemed at the end of such Housekeeping Periods. Such period generally ranges from 3-6 months. Please visit the Member section of eAntiAging.com frequently for schedule of such events. During such event, all FPP will have to be redeemed or forfeited. Deletions and forfeitures will occur on schedule without further notice. In the event that eAntiAging.com does not, for any reason, accomplish the deletion or forfeiture on schedule, such is not to be construed as a waiver of this term.

FPP have no cash value and may not be converted to other points.

5. Error or Questions

You should notify eAntiAging Inc. immediately of any errors or questions about FPP. eAntiAging Inc. will correct any errors reported by you in writing to eAntiAging Inc. within 60 days after the FPP is posted into your account by eAntiAging Inc. Such posting of FPP into your account generally occurs after the current purchase has been completed. Please check your account frequently for posting of such FPP. eAntiAging Inc. will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or problems not reported by you within the above mentioned 60 days notification period.

6. Forfeiture of Rights to FPP

So long as you are in full compliance with all Members Terms of Service and Conditions (TOSC) and the FPPTC, you are eligible to earn FPP if and when the program is available and active. Following a member’s resignation, cancellation, voluntary or involuntary, or death, the former member shall have no right, title, claim or interest to FPP, earned or un-redeemed. The former member shall have no claim for compensation in any way or shape stemming from sales generated within or by eAntiAging Inc. Aside from specific redemption values as established by eAntiAging and set forth herein, FPP shall have no monetary nor reimbursement value whatsoever.

If your eAntiAging membership is terminated by eAntiAging Inc. for whatever reason including but not limited to your violation of TOSC or FPPTC, your participation in Frequent Purchase Points Program automatically ceases concurrently with the date of membership termination. Furthermore, all earned FPP or un-redeemed FPP are automatically forfeited as of the date of termination.
