Did you know eAntiAging Inc. has one of the most generous customer referral programs?  Simply refer your friends to eAntiAging, and when they buy any eAntiAging merchandise, you will be rewarded with Frequent Purchase Points (“Points”) that you can redeem towards your next order.

 

What are eAntiAging Frequent Purchase Points?

eAntiAging Frequent Purchase Points (FPP) are offered only to Members of eAntiAging.com. FPP are an easy-to-use, incentive-based credit system and can be redeemed towards your purchases at the eAntiAging.com Store.

 

How do I earn Frequent Purchase Points?

Whenever you refer a customer to eAntiAging.com, and that customer makes a purchase, you can earn 20% in the form of Frequent Purchase Points, which you can redeem towards your own purchases.

For example, if a friend that you referred spends $160.00, you will receive 3,200 Purchase Points (worth $32.00, $1.00 = 100 FrequentPurchase Points).

 

How do I Refer a Friend?

When your friend signs up for an account with eAntiAging.com, the join page asks for Referral Information:

Be sure your friend enters YOUR Customer Identification Number (CID) in the Member # field above.  This will link your friend to your account so it shows that your friend was referred to eAntiAging.com by you.

 

When your friend is linked to you, every purchase your friend makes will generate Frequent Purchase Points for your account.

 

Who is eligible to receive Frequent Purchase Points?

To be eligible for Frequent Purchase Points, you must be a Member of eAntiAging.com in good standing, over 18 years of age, and agree to the Frequent Purchase Points Terms and Condition as posted in the Help section.

 

Why Frequent Purchase Points?

Frequent Purchase Points are designed to reward loyal customers who support the eAntiAging.com community and store by referring their friends.

 

What purchases qualify for Frequent Purchase Points?

Only net purchases made at our store are eligible to receive Purchase Points. Group purchases, wholesale purchases, and corporate purchases are not eligible.

Net purchase is defined as gross receipts less discount, credit for points redeemed, shipping, taxes, handling fee and other administration or special charges or cost.

 

Is there a minimum purchase before I can earn Frequent Purchase Points?

No.  Anytime your friend purchases something from eAntiAging.com, you earn FPP for that purchase.

 

What is the store value of each  FrequentPurchase Point?

One Frequent Purchase Point is worth one cent ($0.01) applicable towards the listed retail value at the eAntiAging.com Store only. For example, one hundred (100) Frequent Purchase Points is equal to one dollar ($1.00). If you are making a purchase of $50.00 and you have one thousand points (1000 points which is equivalent to $10.00), then your product would cost only $40.00.

 

Are all products eligible for Frequent Personal Points?

Not all products within the eAntiAging Store is eligible. Furthermore, not all products have the same value assigned. The conversion ratio of Frequent Purchase Points to products may also vary from time to time.

 

Can Frequent Purchase Points be earned from discounted products?

Generally, no Frequent Purchase Points may be earned on discounted products.

 

Is the Frequent Purchase Points program available throughout the year?

No guarantee is made that the Frequent Purchase Points program is available throughout the year.

 

Can Frequent Purchase Points be transferred or sold?

Frequent Purchase Points are specific for each Member and that Member only. Purchase Points are not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

 

How do I know how many Frequent Purchase Points I have?

The number of Frequent Purchase Points you have is posted on the home page after you have logged in. You can also find the number of Frequent Purchase Points you have in the member's area.

 

When do I actually earn Frequent Purchase Points?

Frequent Purchase Points are earned and posted into your account after your friend’s purchase is completed and products shipped and accepted.  It can take up to 5 business days for the Frequent Purchase Points to post to your account after your friend’s order has shipped.

 

How do I redeem my Frequent Purchase Points?

You can redeem your Frequent Purchase Points at checkout by filling in the number of Frequent Purchase Points you wish to be applied towards your purchase and clicking the UPDATE button. Frequent Purchase Points not used during the checkout time cannot be used subsequently for the same transaction.

 

Can I use by Frequent Purchase Points retroactively or redeem for cash?

Frequent Purchase Points are not redeemable for cash. They may only be redeemed for credit at the eAntiAging.com store at the time of the transaction, so you cannot retroactively apply Frequent Purchase Points to an order you have already placed.

 

Is there an expiration date on Frequent Purchase Points?

Subject to certain Housekeeping Periods where there is a mandatory redemption period, Frequent Purchase Points expire 12 months after being issued.

 

What is a Housekeeping Period?

From time to time, eAntiAging Inc conducts Housekeeping Periods and during these periods, eAntiAging Inc has the right to clear all outstanding and un-redeemed Frequent Purchase Points from all members if Frequent Purchase Points are un-redeemed at the end of such Housekeeping Periods. Such periods generally range from 3-6 months.

 

What do I do if I detected errors or questions on Frequent Purchase Points?

You should notify sales@eAntiAging.com immediately of any errors or questions. eAntiAging Inc is not responsible for any errors, omissions or problems not reported by you within 60 days after the error is detected.

 

Can my Frequent Purchase Points be forfeited?

If your membership is terminated by eAntiAging Inc. for whatever reason, including but not limited to your violation of the Members Terms of Service or Frequent Purchase Points Terms and Conditions, your participation in Frequent Purchase Points Program automatically ceases concurrently with the date of membership termination. Furthermore, all earned Frequent Purchase Points or un-redeemed Frequent Purchase Points are automatically forfeited as of the date of termination.
